As works continue on Phase 1 of The Crane Private Residences, Design Manager, Shawn Archer shares a development update ahead of its December 2016 opening:
“Our focus now, is to substantially complete the interiors of two residences per week, starting from the week of November 4th.” reports Archer. “Externally, works are proceeding well, with services being laid, as well as the backfilling and grading for pedestrian and vehicular access.”
The furniture for The Crane Private Residences has also been been competed and shipped, and is expected to be on property in November.
On completion, The Crane Private Residences will set a new standard in Barbados luxury real estate. Uniquely positioned as a gated residential community within The Crane Resort, the master-planned condominium development will consist of five residential buildings, each housing spacious (1,916 to 3,619 sq. ft.) two and three-bedroom apartments.
