Works are continuing in earnest on Phase 1 of The Crane Private Residences ahead of its December 2016 opening. Project Manager, Steve Constable shares an update:
“The team is presently installing tiles in the bathrooms,” reported Constable, “This is expected to be completed within the next four weeks.”
Plasterboard ceiling works have commenced on the ground floor residences and these are expected to be completed on Friday September 2nd and followed by similar works on the 1st floor.
“First fix plumbing works are nearing completion and the electrical works are well advanced with a lot of the in-room cables and panels complete,” said Constable, “Externally we have been working on the aluminum balustrades and mouldings, while priming has begun for the external finishes”.
On completion, The Crane Private Residences will set a standard in Barbados luxury real estate. Uniquely positioned as a gated residential community within The Crane Resort, the master-planned condominium development will consist of five residential buildings, each housing spacious (1,916 to 3,619 sq. ft.) two and three-bedroom apartments.
