Development Updates

Moving Ahead – The Crane Private Residences Phase 2 Development Update

Work on Phase 2 of The Crane Private Residences is continuing, ahead of projected completion this winter.

Tiling continues internally on all floors with both the ground floor and penthouse levels well advanced. Ceilings have been closed on these levels as well, with the team currently closing up the 4th floor.

Door installations will commence internally on the ground floor and penthouse levels in the coming weeks while the pools for the penthouse roof deck are being prepared for installation.
