Works on Phase 2 of The Crane Private Residences are continuing with the building’s external decoration and handrail installations complete, with the exception of the area around the hoist. Elevators have been installed and are currently being commissioned while tiling to the lobby areas and stairs has commenced. Garden walls have also commenced and preparation is ongoing for the installation of the garden pools and patio steps.

Basement
Electrical installations are now commencing and walls have been prepared for decoration. Plumbing meter room works are ongoing and the process of installing drainage for the air conditioning units to the communications and garbage rooms has begun. Elevators are near completion.
Level 1
Kitchens and counter tops have been installed. Decoration is in the final stages and sanitary ware installation has commenced. Externally, the retaining walls for the pool deck have been completed and the stairs to the gardens are in the process of being built. Installation of appliances will commence in the coming days, after which snagging will begin.
Level 2
Ceiling decoration has commenced and tiling works are being advanced.
Level 3
Ceiling decoration is well advanced and moulding has been installed. Tiling is also well advanced and the installation of doors will commence shortly.
Level 4
Ceiling decoration is nearing completion. Doors have been installed, tiling is well advanced and kitchens and cabinetry have commenced.
Level 5
Tiling has been completed with the exception of some kitchen backsplashes. Roof decks have been prepared and Parex finishes to the walls are about to commence. Kitchens and cabinetry have also been installed. Painting and decoration is ongoing to ceilings and walls and final coats to doors and architraves will be completed shortly. Ironmongery has also been installed to the doors.
