Things are progressing well on Phase 1 of The Crane Private Residences! Project Manager, Steve Constable reports:
“It has been another productive month,” reported Constable, “We presently have tile works being completed in each residence.”
Plasterboard ceiling works will commence shortly on the ground floor residences, with the 1st floor residences expected to follow.
“We also recently received our shipment of patio handrails,” said Constable, “We are now applying a waterproof membrane to the joints in the precast walls, in preparation for commencing the wall finish in conjunction with the handrail installation.”
Phase 1 of The Crane Private Residences is completely sold out with only 10 units remaining for sale in Phase 2!
