It has been quite an exciting year for Barbados’ newest private residence community! Project Manager Steve Constable reports on the progress made on Phase 1 of the development and what to expect in early 2016:
Local manufacturing company Preconco Ltd. continues to work onsite, making good of the joints inside the building, and identifying and rectifying any minor defects.
“We expect the block work and roofing installation to start in early January,” reported Constable, “This is critical to completing the weathering process. First fix electrical installation will also commence by the second week of January and orders have been placed for the long lead items, including windows.”
