Works continue on Phase 2 of The Crane Private Residences with the building’s structure now complete!
The team is currently installing the parapet walls to the roof and roof-top partition walls. Water proofing to the basement walls has also commenced, as well as plumbing and electrical first fix works in Level 1. We expect work on the roofs to start in the coming weeks.
