Almost There! – The Crane Private Residences Phase 2 Development Update

Phase 2 of The Crane Private Residences is nearing completion! Externally, works continued as the footpath between Phases 1 and 2 was cast and the landscaping of this area advanced. The remaining scaffold was removed, and the final handrails installed on the corner of the building. In the common areas, stairwells and lobbies were also advanced. 
 
Basement 
Room and corridor tiling works were completed, and doors were subsequently installed. Rooms have been cleared, including all stored materials from the garage, in preparation to receive vehicles. 
 
Level 1
Residences on this level are complete and the team will now enter the final stages of dressing with housewares. Pool decks were also cast on 5211 and 5212, with the decks on 5213 and 5214 decks now to be backfilled.   
 
Level 2 
Tiling works were completed ahead of snagging. Wall decoration and ceiling works are to be completed ahead of municipal electrical inspections. Appliances are also to be installed when construction resumes. Residence 5221 was advanced significantly. 
 
Level 3 
The team is near the completion of ceilings and wall decoration. Electrical works are also to be finalised ahead of municipal inspections. Cleaning and snagging will commence when the site reopens.  
 
Level 4 
Municipal electrical inspections commenced. Snagging works have also commenced and the team intends to complete installations of appliances, furniture and sanitary ware when the site reopens. 
 
Level 5 
Residence 5251 has been dressed and snagged with 5252 approaching a similar status. All pools are operational with minor tiling works planned. Residences 5253 and 5254 will be dressed and snagged upon the site’s reopening along with A/C commissioning works.
