Works are nearing completion on Phase 1 of The Crane Private Residences. Project Manager, Steve Constable shares an update:
“Things are progressing well,” reported Constable, “We are scheduled to complete the coral render in all of the living rooms in the coming days and in all rooms within the next 5 weeks.”
The team is presently applying smooth plaster finish on the Ground Floor bedrooms and northern stairwell, with completion expected within the next three weeks. Pool deck roofs are also being framed, while shingle application on the western roofs has commenced.

“Tiling has started in one of the residences and we expect to receive another delivery of tiles on site in early July.” said Constable. “AC copper pipe is already on-island and we expect to receive this on property next week. Once this has been installed, we will be able to start installing the ceilings.”

Phase 1 of The Crane Private Residences is completely sold out with sales for Phase 2 following swiftly behind. Uniquely positioned as a gated residential community within The Crane Resort, the master-planned condominium development will consist of five residential buildings, each housing spacious (1,916 to 3,619 sq. ft.) two and three-bedroom apartments.
