As the December opening of Phase 1 of The Crane Private Residences approaches, Design Manager, Shawn Archer shares a development update:
“We are on schedule for the completion of the interior building works,” reported Archer, “The elevators are presently being installed and the furniture is on island and expected to be received on property soon.”
Externally, works are progressing well with the rendering on the building’s North elevation nearing completion. Preparation works are also continuing satisfactorily on the external infrastructure such as the guest parking areas.
On completion, The Crane Private Residences will set a new standard in Barbados luxury real estate. Uniquely positioned as a gated residential community within The Crane Resort, the master-planned condominium development will consist of five residential buildings, each housing spacious (1,916 to 3,619 sq. ft.) two and three-bedroom apartments.
