Project Manager, Steve Constable gives an update on the progression of Barbados’ newest private residence community at The Crane Resort.
Things are progressing quickly at The Crane Private Residences, with Phase 1 of the development beginning to take shape. Following the successful completion of the foundation pours and the casting of the elevator bases, local manufacturing company, Preconco Ltd. is on site and forging ahead with the installation of the building’s concrete works.

“We are very pleased with the building’s progression,” reported Constable, “Preconco has begun to erect the wall panels on the third floor of the building and we expect completion of the physical structure by mid-November.”
The Crane’s team also continues to work in tandem with the sub-contractors, completing the block work on the walls of the large concrete water tanks which will facilitate the creation of the community’s lush gardens, with no dependency on the municipal water supply.
On completion, The Crane Private Residences will set a new standard in Barbados real estate. Uniquely positioned as a gated residential community within The Crane Resort, the master-planned luxury condominium development will consist of five residential buildings, each housing spacious (1,916 to 3,619 sq. ft.) two and three-bedroom apartments.
