Phase 2 of The Crane Private Residences is getting closer to completion!
The hoist has been removed and the final touch-ups to external walls are being done now to allow the last section of the scaffold to be removed. Backfilling works and plumbing works to the pools are ongoing on the south of the building to allow the team to commence casting steps and deck. Backfilling to the north of the building has also been advanced towards Phase 1.

Basement
Electrical transformers have been installed and the team is preparing to change power to the permanent supply. Tiling to the rooms has been completed and tiling to the corridors is progressing which would allow doors to be installed.
Level 1
Electrical inspections have been completed and furniture has been installed. The team is in the process of installing the household items, drapes and other items and snagging is in the final stages.
Level 2
Kitchens, closets and doors are all well advanced. Tiling will be completed in the coming weeks and painting and decoration has commenced.
Level 3
Kitchens and closets are now complete and ceiling and wall decoration is well advanced. Tiling will be completed in the coming days.
Level 4
Pre-snagging works are ongoing in preparation for electrical inspections next month. Painting and tiling is well advanced and most carpentry items are complete. The installation of sanitary ware will be completed in the coming month, along with snagging.
Level 5
Snagging is ongoing and the units have been inspected by the electrical department. Furniture will be installed in the coming weeks.
